| Cindy was one of the artisans who demonstrated at the Butterdome craft show May 10th and 11th and had the opportunity to work with the featured musician, Winnipeg recording artist Cat Jahnke. Cat's bio says "With her album None Of Those Things sitting tight in her pocket, accolades from a Hollywood film festival tucked beneath her cap and nothing less than a finalist ranking in two separate international songwriting competitions stowed up her sleeve, Cat is a versatile musician who is as comfortable on stage as behind the scenes." and she proved she could get down and dirty when she tried her hand(s) at throwing pots on the wheel. It was a pleasure hearing her performances over the three days of the sale. She is currently on tour in Western Canada and we wish her well. |
